Sales Policy

These TPI, LLC . (“TPI”) Sales Policies are Additional Terms governed by the Terms of Use. You agree to these Sales Policies when you place an order via a TPI Service. All capitalized terms that are not separately defined in these Sales Policies will have the meaning given to them in the Terms of Use. All products and services offered through the TPI Services are offered in connection with and will be fulfilled by Great Shot Golf Association or other third parties.

Eligibility. You must be 18 years of age or older and the age of majority to make a purchase from TPI.

Fees. Many features offered by TPI require payment of fees, and your right to use those features is conditioned upon your full payment of those fees. You agree that all financial transactions will be processed in U.S. dollars. You agree to pay the amount shown to you during the checkout process. Such amount may include taxes and other fees. You hereby authorize us to charge the payment card you provide to us in the amount of fees and in the manner disclosed to you at checkout.

For the purchase of Certificates of Participation, you will receive an email after order confirmation with the applicable Certificate of Participation and applicable terms, which is an additional contract to which you must adhere.

Pricing. You agree that we are not responsible or otherwise liable for the pricing displayed on a TPI Service, including, without limitation, any typos or other pricing errors. In the event pricing displayed on a TPI Service is incorrect and you place an order with us based on that incorrect pricing, we reserve the right to cancel your order, notify you and refund the money you paid for that order without any liability to you.

Refund/Cancellation Policy For Certificates Of Participation

Once you purchase a Certificate of Participation for a contest, you may cancel your Certificate of Participation and receive a full refund less a $60.00 cancellation charge if the contest is cancelled for whatever reason prior to any eligible shot being taken in the contest. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. no later than the first business day following the canceled contest or a refund will not be possible. Please note that if you cancel a Certificate of Participation prior to any eligible shot being taken in the contest, any prizing (including premium prizing) is also canceled and you will receive a refund for any prizing fees charged during the original transaction. Also note that if you cancel a Certificate of Participation and you have approved any customized items to go to print, no cancelation or refund will be available for those customized items. See below for our cancelation/refund policy for items that have not yet been approved by you to go to print.

Alternatively, you may choose to have the Certificate of Participation amended to a rescheduled date within ninety (90) days of the original contest without additional charge and without receiving a refund.

For partially completed contests, before weather termination, TPI will provide you a partial credit to be used towards a rescheduled contest occurring within ninety (90) days of the original contest. The amount of the partial credit will be determined by calculating the percentage of unused shots in the original contest. The credit will expire if you do not use it within ninety (90) days of the original contest. There is no cancellation or refund available for premium pricing in connection with partially completed contests.

All refunds will be provided via the same method the original payment was made.

Refund/Cancellation Policy For Materials Ordered From Great Shot Golf

You may cancel and receive a full refund for any materials ordered from TPI prior to your approval of the proof for such materials. Once you approve the materials, no cancellation or refund will be available, even if your contest or event is canceled for whatever reason.

All refunds will be provided via the same method the original payment was made.

Refund/Cancellation Policy For Premium Pricing Ordered From Great Shot Golf

Once you purchase a Certificate of Participation that includes Premium Pricing for a contest, you may cancel your Premium Pricing without also cancelling your Certificate of Participation and receive a full refund (less any additional fees to correct the signage and shipping charges required to send corrected signage for the contest) if you notify TPI of your desire to cancel the Premium Pricing prior to any eligible shot being taken in the contest via email This email address is being protected from spambots. Shipping Policy

For any items ordered from TPI that require delivery, the items will be sent in accordance with the shipment representations made at the time of order. Generally, customized items ordered from TPI will be shipped no earlier than ten (10) business days prior to a contest.

Rush Orders

For orders received within ten (10) days of a contest, rush printing and shipping fees may apply.

Items are shipped pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for items purchased by you pass to you upon delivery to the applicable carrier.
